HC Deb 02 December 1964 vol 703 c710

Motion made, and Question proposed, That the Third Reading of the Finance Bill may be taken immediately after the consideration of the Bill notwithstanding the practice of the House as to the interval between the stages of such a Bill.—[Mr. Diamond.]

4.10 a.m.

Mr. Norman Cole (Bedfordshire, South)

I wonder whether you can give the House some guidance, Mr. Deputy-Speaker. It is now ten minutes past four o'clock. The Report stage and Third Reading of the Finance Bill are due to be taken together late on Monday. Can you give the House any guidance as to the printing of the Bill, as amended. Some hon. Members would like to see it in the meantime.

Mr. Deputy-Speaker (Dr. Horace King)

That is not a matter for me.

Question put and agreed to.
