asked the Minister of Health when the final costings of the new building for the Tavistock clinic were received in his Department for approval; and why approval has not yet been given.

Why was there this considerable delay? After all, it is an agreed scheme.

A number of important matters had to be settled by discussion before technical and financial approval could be given; for example, parts of the new premises are to be occupied by a non National Health Service occupant
