Motion nude, and Question, That— (a) as from 15th April, 1964, the duties of customs chargeable on wine, including lees of wine, shall be at the rates shown in the Table blow; (b) the duties in this Resolution shall be instead of those at the rate shown in Table 1 in Schedule 3 to the Finance Act, 1962, and
