In calling the hon. Member for Cardiff, South-East (Mr. Callaghan) to move the new Clause "Purchase tax; exemption of goods hitherto chargeable at 10 per cent." I should tell the Committee that it will be possible also to discuss new Clause, "Purchase tax; reduction of rate of 25 per cent.", and new Clause, "Purchase tax: 15 per cent. rate reduced to 5 per cent.". If desired, a separate Division may be taken on the new Clause, "Purchase tax: 15 per cent, rate reduced to 5 per cent."
