§ 4. Mr. Iremongerasked the Minister of Transport what provision he is making to supplement the 1963–64 grants to local authorities to make good amounts underspent from the 1962–63 grants owing to restriction of work during the unfavourable weather in the first quarter of 1963, and to take account of the exceptional amount of road repairing required in the current year.
