§ Mr. HayWe hope to include a scheme for dual carriageways between 413 Ipswich and the southern end of the Woodbridge by-pass in the next phase of our trunk road programme. North of this towards Blythburgh dual carriageways are not justified.
§ Sir H. HarrisonI congratulate my hon. Friend on his impending promotion. May I conclude from his reply that he will recommend to his right hon. Friend that there shall be no closure of the East Suffolk railway line until this dual carriageway is built?
