Is he not aware that bullfighting is illegal under British law and that it is a misuse of the Royal Parks for the right hon. Gentleman to allow them to be used for this kind of thing?
§ Mr. RipponThe hon. Gentleman did not listen to the Answer. There will be no repetition because there has been no first instance. The hon. Gentleman is, perhaps, charging like a bull at a red flag which does not exist.
