§ Mr. MacCollIs the Minister aware that the day after he had announced in the House that he was taking the initiative in the Lee Valley, his proposals were welcomed on the ground that they would raise the value of the land from £10,000 to £40,000? Does he not think that there is a serious problem here of a heavy burden on public funds which he should take steps to abate?
