Does he not appreciate that this imposes very great hardship on the parents? Is it not disgraceful that they should be on the waiting list for so long?
§ Mr. PowellI have looked at one or two individual cases, not I think actually from the Borough of Derby, that the right hon. Gentleman brought to my attention. If he and I might compare our information, I will do all that is in my power to help.
