Resolved, That for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make further provision with respect to development comprised in Schedule 3 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1962 and Schedule 3 to the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1947, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any increase attributable Po any such provision of the said Act of the present Session in the sums payable out of moneys so provided under any enactment other than that Act on account of of in consequence of expenditure incurred by local authorities in the payment of compensation for the revocation or modification of planning permission or of other planning decisions which are treated for the purposes of compensation as the revocation or modification of such permission.—[Sir K.
