Is he aware that there is a problem in that not only is time lost in finding the right blood group, but certain modern powerful drugs can have side-effects with differing reactions in different people? Would not a medical card be most helpful in time of emergency?
§ Mr. PowellI am aware of the problem, but there are obvious difficulties in the suggested solution. However, I am discussing with the profession trial arrangements in some areas.
