§ Mr. BarberI beg to move, in page 45, line 36, to leave out from "1963" to the first "for" in line 38 and to insert:
a provision of the foregoing sections of this Chapter which applies to that expenditure but is not expressed to apply for the year 1963–64 and subsequent years shall apply".This is a drafting Amendment made necessary by the acceptance in Committee stage of what is now Clause 40—"Contributions to expenditure on treatment of effluents."
