§ Mr. GalbraithThe percentage of passes in all driving tests conducted in Great Britain in these years was 53, 51, 50 and 50. Figures for motor car tests only are not generally available. But a recent survey, conducted over two weeks, suggests that the pass rate for car candidates would probably be about 3 per cent. lower.
