Friend if he is aware that that statement will be most welcome to arts graduates in the education branch, and if he will appreciate that I am not being ungrateful when I ask if he is also aware that there will still be a considerable number of squadron leaders in that branch who will be very disappointed that their prospects of promotion have turned out to be nothing like as good as they were led to expect when they originally joined?
