I beg to move, in page 153, line 14, after "paragraph" to insert "notice in writing of".

This Amendment merely requires objection to be made in writing.

I beg to move, in page 153, line 35, at the end, to insert: and subsections (5) to (7) of section 46 of this Act shall have effect in relation to compensation payable by virtue of this paragraph as they have effect in relation to compensation payable under that section". This Amendment defines further the compensation to be paid under certain compulsory purchase powers.
