In page 127, line 2, at end insert: and

I beg to move, in page 127, line 28, at the end to insert: mortgage" includes any charge or lien on any property for securing money or money's worth, and "mortgagee" shall be construed accordingly. The Amendment simply adds the interpretation of "mortgage" and "mortgagee" for the purposes of the Bill, those terms having been used in an earlier Amendment today.
