§ Mr. HughesIn view of the Prime Minister's confession at Liverpool last Monday about the relation between electoral and industrial uncertainty and this 569 vast unemployment, for all three of which this Government are responsible, will the Minister of Labour consult the Prime Minister and ask him to make a statement of practical plans to resolve these difficulties and problems?
