§ Mr. McInnesWill the noble Lady indicate if the Report has yet been received by the Department? On the last occasion I asked a Question about it I was told that it would be ready towards the end of last year.
§ Lady TweedsmuirThe reason for the further delay was that the Committee had to make some final adjustments to the Report. The Report, as I said, will be received very shortly.
