Fallowing representations yesterday, I have agreed to postpone the Prison Commissioners Dissolution Order which was to have been taken on Thursday, 21st February.
§ Mr. Eric Fletcher (Islington, East)I am sure that all hon. Members on this side of the House will welcome the right hon. Gentleman's announcement. It would have been very inconvenient had that matter come up at a late hour on Thursday. We hope that when the business is rearranged the House will be given ample time to debate this important subject.
