§ Mr. ThomasI expected that reply, but now that the Prime Minister has had time for second thoughts, and since the reply he gave us on Tuesday was so evasive, will he not be as frank with us as he was with General de Gaulle, on the assurance that we will treat his confidences with exactly the same amount of courtesy and consideration?
§ The Prime MinisterI understand the hon. Gentleman's views, but I do not think that I have anything to add to the answers I gave to the very large number of supplementary questions on Tuesday.
