Resolved,
That a further Supplementary sum, not exceeding £5,880,000, be granted to Her Majesty, to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March 1963, for grants in aid and a grant towards the expenses of, and for loans to, universities, colleges, etc., and for certain postgraduate studentships.
