§ Miss HerbisonWill the Assistant Postmaster-General ensure that it really does begin in April and that it is finished as quickly as possible, since this is a growth area and it would be a great help if there were adequate postal facilities in the area?
§ Mr. MawbyThe hon. Lady raised this matter some time ago in a supplementary question. I promised that we would try to bring the scheme forward as much as possible. In fact, I have only been able to make marginal improvements, but I can assure her that the building will commence in April next year and we shall certainly seek to move forward as fast as possible.
