§ Mr. FisherA report covering the two years 1961 and 1962 should be ready for publication early next year. Arrangements for the preparation of Bechuanaland reports are being overhauled to ensure much earlier publication in future.
§ Mr. StonehouseIs the hon. Gentleman aware that not only in Bechuanaland but in many other territories there is great delay in producing these reports? Is this under review as well?
§ Mr. FisherYes, it is indeed. I am sorry about this. I have looked into it very carefully. It is hoped that in the future the reports for each year will be available in the Library not more than six months after the end of that year.
