Mr. Taverneasked the Minister of Health why the secretary of the Atkinson Morley Hospital, Wimbledon, has 26 refused to make available to Mrs. Harry Woolf or those acting on her behalf the medical record showing the late Mr. Harry Woolf's condition on admission to the hospital on 12th November, 1962.
