asked the Lord Privy Seal what matters were discussed at the Paris meeting of the Council of the South-East Asia Treaty Organisation; what decisions were taken; and what recommendations were made.

Mr. Heath

I would refer the hon. Gentleman to the communiqué issued on 10th April by the South-East Asia Treaty Organisation Council in Paris, copies of which have been placed in the Library of the House.

Mr. Warbey

Can the right hon. Gentleman give the House an assurance that no decisions were taken or no recommendations were made at this meeting of which the House has not been informed?

Mr. Heath

If the House has read the communiqué, it will see the decisions reached.
