§ The Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs (Sir Keith Joseph)No fresh application for planning permission for the development of the Monico site has yet been made. Any such application will be for the London County Council's consideration as local planning authority in the first instance. I cannot therefore say when a decision will be reached.
