I beg to move, in page 69, line 40, to leave out "the said subsection (2)" and to insert: subsection (2) of this section". This and the following Amendment are consequential upon Government Amendments made in Committee and take account of the passing of the Betting, Gaming, and Lotteries Act, 1963.
