§ Mr. ReynoldsI welcome that statement by the hon. Gentleman because there is at the moment a full staff at the college doing the degree course and nothing like a full complement of students. Can the hon. Gentleman assure the House that he will make the facilities available there widely known to people who may be in a position to nominate or send students?
§ Mr. Orr-EwingI am grateful to the hon. Gentleman for giving the matter publicity by his Question. However, there are still some problems to be overcome. He will not mind if I just mention one—security.
