§ Mr. RamsdenI realise the very great concern there has been on the part of my hon. Friend's constituents, and I am glad that, so far as that is concerned, the end of the road is in sight. We cannot close this camp until the barracks at Mill Hill are completed, and that will not be, I am afraid, earlier than the date I have indicated.
