§ The Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs (Dr. Charles Hill)Some general advice on the provision of houses for the physically handicapped has been given by my Department, and I hope in due 1135 course to give further guidance in the light of research that is going on in this field. In the meantime, officers of the Department will be glad to help on any particular problem that a local authority may have.

Would he care to look at the excellent scheme devised by the Housing Committee of the Blyth Corporation on this matter, in which the features needed for handicapped persons were embodied at the time of house-building? Will he have a look at the scheme?
