§ 3. That a Supplementary sum, not exceeding £10, be granted to Her Majesty, to defray 222 the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1962, for the salaries and expenses of the Carlisle State Management District, including the cost of provision and management of licensed premises.
