Ordered, That this day—

  1. (1) paragraph (5) of Standing Order No. 16 (Business of Supply) shall have effect as if a reference to Seven o'clock were substituted for a reference to half-past Nine o'clock, and
  2. (2) proceedings on any Private Business set down for consideration at Seven o'clock by direction of the Chairman of Ways and Means shall not be entered upon until after the Proceedings on the Report of Resolutions from the Committee of Ways and Means [19th March] and on the introduction and presentation of any Bill founded upon those Resolutions shall have been concluded.
