§ Mr. ErrollI appreciate that the textile machinery industry, in planning their future production, may be concerned to know the likely demands for re-equipment at home. I hope that recent developments regarding imports of cotton textiles will create the necessary confidence to encourage the early placing of orders and so avoid any likelihood of uncertainty adversely affecting textile machinery exports.
