§ Mr. C. Ian Orr-EwingThe property was advertised in the Press. The built-up area was sold as a unit. Much of the remainder was resold to the representatives of former owners as agricultural land. The Roxburgh County Council acquired the small site of the water supply system.
It is contrary to Government practice to disclose prices paid for transactions of this nature.
With regard to the third part of the Question the answer is "Yes".
