§ Mr. DonnellyAm I to understand from that Answer that the Government have decided in principle that this is a desirable development, subject, of course, to proper details being worked out and proper financial arrangements, or are they still considering the principle?
Dr. HillIt is clearly a most desirable development. In view of the discussions, I am anxious not to go beyond that now.
