HC Deb 29 June 1962 vol 661 c1539

11.5 a.m.

Mr. Speaker

In view of what happened yesterday, I sent a message to the right hon. Gentleman the Member for Woodford (Sir W. Churchill) communicating the substance of what passed at Question Time yesterday, and I wish to report to the House that I have this morning received from him a telegram, which reads as follows: I am deeply obliged to the House for the solicitude with which it has honoured me. May I ask you, Mr. Speaker, to convey my gratitude. Winston S. Churchill.
