Considered accordingly.

Question, That this House doth agree with the Committee in the said Report, put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 41 (Business Committee), and agreed to.

The following is the Report of the Business Committee: That—
  1. (a) the day and portion of a day which under the Order [9th July] are given to the Proceedings on Consideration and Third Reading of the Pipe-lines Bill [Lords] shall be allotted in the manner shown in the Table set out below; and
  2. (b) subject to the provisions of the Order [9th July], each part of the Proceedings shall, if not previously brought to a conclusion, be brought to a conclusion at the time specified in the third column of that Table.
