Amendment made:In page 7, line 16, leave out from "or" to "six" in line 17 and insert:

§ Mr. Brooman-WhiteI beg to move, in page 8, line 28, at the end to insert:
(2) Nothing in this section shall affect anything done under section one hundred and twenty-six of the principal Act before the date on which this section comes into force, but anything so done shall, if in force immediately before the said date, have effect as if it had been done under the said section one hundred and twenty-six as set out in the preceding subsection.The effect of this Amendment is that clubs which have a supper extension under Section 126 of the 1959 Act will be able have that extension continued under the Bill without the necessity for re-application. This is a purely transitional provision.
