§ Mr. WadeWhile I am glad to hear that reply, may I ask the Minister if he would agree that in built-up areas where traffic signals are in operation, the rate of progress is appallingly slow, and that this is becoming an increasingly serious problem, while being very exasperating to motorists? Would he agree that any system which can be devised whereby the rate of the traffic flow can be increased would be a valuable contribution to the traffic problem?
