§ Mr. DarlingWhen may we expect some results from this review being put in hand? Does the right hon. Gentleman realise that his Department is now cluttered up with advisory committees which never seem to report?
§ Mr. ErrollThe advisory committees are getting on very well with their work. I made it plain that this review would take time because of the complexity and intricacy of the subject, and I said that I thought that it was unlikely that the review would be completed before the end of this year.
