§ Mr. Noel-BakerIn view of the recent regrettable speech by the Foreign Secretary, will the Prime Minister take the opportunity to renew to the Secretary-General the pledge in the Queen's Speech that the Government will give resolute support to the United Nations, and tell him that they think it essential for the future of the world that its authority should be sustained?
§ The Prime MinisterI do not, of course, accept anything which the right hon. Gentleman said in criticism of my noble Friend. It seems to me that he is anticipating the speech which, no doubt, he will deliver on Monday.
