The next Amendment is to Clause 6, in page 6, line 1, in the name of the hon. Member for Birmingham, Northfield (Mr. Chapman), which was discussed with the hon. Member's first Amendment on the Notice Paper. An undertaking has been given that it would be put to the vote. If so desired, I will now put the Question.
