Motion made, and Question put:— That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make temporary provision for controlling the immigration into the United Kingdom of Commonwealth citizens and to authorise the deportation from the United Kingdom of certain Commonwealth citizens convicted of offences and recommended by the court for deportation, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred for the purposes of that Act by the Secretary of State, the Minister of Labour or the Minister of Health.—[Mr. R.
