EcclesI understand that my hon. and gallant Friend is referring to a course on the training ship "Foudroyant" to which local education authorities are sending about 70 boys who have been recommended for the course by the School Sailing Association. The cost to the local education authority for each boy is about £7. The Answer to the second and third parts of the Question will depend on the authorities' opinion of the value of the experiment.
