§ Mr. TaylorWhile thanking my hon. Friend for that reply, may I ask if he will consider developing the road from Preston to Warrington simultaneously with this? Is he aware that we think that it is necessary that the A.6 should be completed as well, because of the great congestion there will be in Lancashire if that is not done?
