§ Mr. HayThe proposed improvements are, first, a diversion from the Merry Harriers Public House to the roundabout at Cogan Hill, which would serve as a link between A.4055 and A.4160; secondly, a diversion of the road through Eastbrook village; and, thirdly, the widening of Harbour Road, Barry.
