asked the Lord Privy Seal whether, in view of Mr. Khrushchev's recently published Note to Dr. Adenauer, it remains the policy of Her Majesty's Government that a treaty between the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the East German Government will not end the occupation régime in Berlin.
