§ Mr. HughesCould the Lord Privy Seal tell us whether sufficient care was taken of the security precautions? Is he aware that the Foreign Secretary was attacked by a tigress and might have been eaten if he had not been protected by 326 elephants and 500 men? Does the right hon. Gentleman think that the Foreign Secretary is more dangerous here than in Nepal? Is it true that the Foreign Secretary has been awarded the "insignia of the She Rhinoceros"?
§ Mr. HeathI should not like to discuss any of the figures mentioned in this case, and I think that in the last part of his supplementary question the hon. Member has missed the target as well.
