Lords Amendment: In page 34, line 36, leave out paragraph 17 and insert: 17. In relation to anything falling to be done in Scotland under Part I of this Schedule, for the words "an officer of the Society or a probation officer", wherever they occur, there shall be substituted the words "an officer of the Society or any other person, including a probation officer in Scotland, authorised by the Society".

Motion made, and Question proposed, That this House doth agree with the Lords in the said Amendment.
