§ Mrs. WhiteIs the Minister aware that there is considerable disquiet in Wales that the proposals for hospital reorganisation are going ahead apparently with no consultation with the elected representatives at either national or local level?
§ Mr. PowellYes. I have made it clear that I expect the Welsh part, as indeed the other parts, of the national plan to be the subject of intensive public discussion, and no decisions which have not already been taken will be prejudged by the plan when it appears.
